Geraniums on the patio

I am enjoying my colourful geraniums this summer. I originally chose them because they remind me of France, but am delighted to discover they match the colours in the garden chairs.

Wild flowers

These pretty cornflowers and poppies are growing in the fields and hedgerows around Aspley Guise.

Wonderful lunch

We had the most exquisite lunch at the Orrery restaurant on Saturday. It is above the Conran shop on Marylebone high street. Every plate was a work of art.

Textile artwork.

Josie created this beautiful textile artwork as her final A level piece. It was for a 'space age' themed project.
I have just had it framed and think it looks wonderful and totally unique on the dining room wall.

Pretty Peppa

Peppa looks gorgeous sitting on my favourite Shaker chair.

Little tomatoes

These pretty tomatoes came from Lidl , which has recently become my favourite food shopping destination. The fruit and veg is really good and SO much cheaper than your average supermarket.

Amazing roses

We are loving our climbing roses this year.

Josie created this interesting textural work with paints and collage, as part of a 'mark-making' project during her foundation year. She has now given me permission to take it out of her portfolio and frame it, and I love it on this wall.
